Mango Salsa
- 1 mango, cubed, ripe but not too soft
- 0.5 Red bell pepper, finely cubed
- 0.25 Red onion, finely cubed
- 0.5 Lime
- jalapenos or spicy sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Cilantro leaves, a couple

Preparing the Mango
1. Leave the mango in its peel.
2. Remove the seed of the mango by cutting off the right and left sides of the mango.
3. Then get any additional flesh off around the seed.
4. Cut small squares into each half mango, then cut each side in half (so you end up with four wedges).
5. Fillet the cubed flesh off the peel.
6. Add the mango cubes to a bowl.
Preparing the Other Ingredients
1. Finely cut half a bell pepper and a quarter onion into small cubes and chop the cilantro finely.
2. Add to the mango bowl.
Serving the Dish
1. Squeeze over the juice of half a lime, sprinkle over salt, and add a bit of jalapeno or a couple of drops of spicy sauce (tabasco, piri piri, etc. depending on what's available where you live).
2. Mix well and enjoy.
