Mango Float
- 6 mangos
- 4 c Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- condensed milk
- graham crackers

Preparing the Mangos
1. Remove the mangos from the skin using a cup or spoon.
2. Cut into small slices.
Preparing the Cream
1. Add heavy cream to a stand mixer and whip until stiff peaks form. (Make sure to keep your heavy cream in the fridge until you’re ready to use it.)
2. Pour in your vanilla extract.
3. Add as much condensed milk you like depending on how sweet you want it.
4. Mix with a rubber spoon.
Assembling the Dessert
1. In your container, stack graham crackers, cream, and mangos.
2. Repeat 3 - 4 times until the container is full.
3. Refrigerate for a cake consistency or freeze overnight.
4. Enjoy!
