- 8 clove Garlic
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
- garlic flakes
- Scallions
- 1 Egg

Directions

1. Mince garlic.
2. Add longanisa to a pot with enough water to cover it.
3. Let it boil on medium high heat until water reduces.
4. Turn the heat to medium low and fry until caramelized.
5. Add oil and mince garlic.
6. Add day old rice and let it get crispy.
7. Season the rice with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, butter, and garlic flakes.
8. Fry the egg how you like it.
9. Assemble your longsilog (add more garlic flakes and scallions to garnish).
