- 2 Chicken breast, whole
- 2 tbsp BBQ rub seasoning
- 1 c BBQ sauce
- 2 artisan flatbread
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Red onion, diced

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Season chicken breast with BBQ Rub.
3. Bake chicken breast for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes remove from the oven and add BBQ Sauce.
4. Once you have added your BBQ sauce, place the chicken back into the oven to finish cooking.
5. Continue baking chicken breast until done (165°).
6. Let your chicken cool a bit and then shred your chicken with 2 forks.
7. Add more BBQ sauce to your chicken and mix well.
8. Add BBQ sauce to your artisan flatbread.
9. Add ½ of the cheese, shredded chicken, red onion and more shredded cheese.
10. Bake your flat bread pizza in the oven until bubbly.
11. Slice and enjoy!
