- jalapenos
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 8 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 Egg
- 1 c Milk
- 1 c Flour
- 1 c Breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil

Directions

Preparing the Jalapenos
1. Start by halving and hollowing your jalapenos.
2. In a bowl, combine 8 ounces of cream cheese with 8 ounces of shredded pepper jack.
3. Mix to combine, and then scoop the mixture into each jalapeno half.
Preparing the Breading Station
1. Prepare your breading station by adding 1 egg mixed with 1 cup of milk in one bowl.
2. Add 1 cup of flour in your second bowl.
3. Place 1 cup of breadcrumbs in your third bowl.
Breading the Jalapenos
1. Add your jalapenos to the flour mixture.
2. Place them on a wire rack and let sit for 10 minutes.
3. Next, add them to the egg and milk mixture.
4. Follow this by adding them to the bread crumb mixture.
5. Let them sit on a wire rack for 45 minutes.
6. Repeat this so they are coated twice.
Cooking the Jalapenos
1. Preheat a pot with vegetable oil to 375°F.
2. Add jalapenos.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes before removing and placing on a wire rack to cool.
