Main Dish
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 b Ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp Salt, black pepper
- 1 lb dry pasta
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can whole corn
- 0.5 cup half-and-half

Start Cooking
1. Set the instant pot to sauté and add the butter.
2. Once the butter is melted, add in the ground beef and cook for around 5 minutes until it is fully cooked through.
3. Add in the diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and stir.
Prepare the Pasta
1. Turn off the heat and add in the dry pasta and water, stir again.
2. Lock on the lid, make sure the pressure valve is set to seal, and use the manual setting to set it on high pressure for 5 minutes.
3. After the 5 minutes, quick release the pressure and turn off the cooker.
Final Touches
1. Add in any sharp cheese, corn, half-and-half, and stir.
2. Cover and let it sit for a couple minutes before serving.
