- 1 c Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.25 Cucumber, cubed
- 1 c Chickpeas, boiled
- 1 c Red cabbage, shredded
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 4 Artichoke hearts, halved
- 0.5 c kalamata olives
- 3 Carrots, small, roasted
- 0.25 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 0.25 tsp Pepper, or to taste
Tahini Dressing
- 0.25 c Tahini, Lebanese brand for a liquid tahini
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 0.5 tsp Salt, or to taste
- water, as needed to make it thick and creamy.

Preparing the Bowl
1. Start by spreading the hummus evenly in the bowl. You can make the hummus at home or buy it from a store.
2. Next, assemble all the ingredients on top of the hummus.
