- 3 Chicken breast, split and cut in half
- 2 c whole milk
- 0.5 c pickle juice
- 1 c Hot sauce
- 2 c Flour
- 0.5 c Corn starch
- 2 tbsp salt pepper garlic mix
- 4 c frying oil
- 1 butter stick
- 0.5 c Hot sauce
- 0.75 c Honey
- 0.25 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 package King's Hawaiian rolls

Prepare the Chicken
1. Slice your chicken breast in half and pound them thin, using plastic to cover the top.
2. Place your chicken in a bowl and cover with milk, juice and hot sauce.
3. Mix that and let that sit for 1 to 3 hours. The longer the better.
4. While your chicken is getting marinated, place your flour and cornstarch in a bowl and add in the seasoning.
5. Once your chicken is done marinating remove it from the milk mixture and dip it into the flour mixture. Make sure you get a good coating.
Frying the Chicken
1. In a Dutch oven or a fryer, heat oil to 350° F.
2. Once your oil is hot, dip your chicken in carefully. Add two to three pieces at a time. Don't overcrowd the pot so that oil does not spill over onto your stove.
3. Fry chicken for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown. And the internal temperature has reached 165° F.
4. Remove your chicken from the oil and let it cool on a wire rack with paper towels placed underneath.
Preparing the Sauce
1. While you're finishing up your chicken, start your sauce.
2. In a small saucepan set to medium heat, add butter, honey, hot sauce, brown sugar, and squeeze of lemon.
3. Mix everything together until the sugar has dissolved and it's become bubbly.
Coating the Chicken and Building the Sandwich
1. Once the chicken is finished, put them into a bowl.
2. Pour the hot honey sauce all over the chicken and give a nice shake so that everything is coated.
3. To build your chicken sandwich, add the hot honey chicken to brioche bread and add pickles.
4. Enjoy!
