- 200 grams Whole milk
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 50 grams Heavy cream
- 5 grams Honey
- 0.25 tsp Salt

1. Heat the milk and cream together until it was simmering. Place the chocolate into the simmered milk and whisk over a low heat until it is fully mixed through.
2. Pass the hot chocolate through a strainer until smooth. Add the peppermint extract at the end and garnish with whipped cream and peppermint leaf.
