Marinate Chicken
- 2 lbs Chicken wings, single
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.25 tsp White pepper
- 0.25 c Chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 tsp water, cold
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

For the marinade
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for marinate chicken.
2. Mix well and set aside.
For the sauce
1. In a sauce pan, add chicken stock, soy sauce and sugar, whisk well and bring it to boil.
2. While sauce is getting to boil, mix cornstarch and water in a small mixing bowl.
3. When sauce is started boiling, pour cornstarch water while whisking sauce to prevent clumps.
4. Keep whisking until sauce is glossy and thicken, about 1 minute.
5. When sauce starts boiling, remove from heat.
6. Add sesame oil and seeds mix well.
7. Set aside right next to oven to keep it warm.
For the chicken wings
1. Heat broiler to high (500 degrees) and place a wire rack(cooling rack), parchment paper or aluminum foil on a baking pan.
2. Pat dry chicken wings with paper towels, and place on a wire rack lined baking pan skin side down.
3. Let them at least 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch a part so they can air through to be crispy.
4. Broil chicken wings 12 minutes and then flip them over- now chicken wings skin side up.
5. Broil another 12 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked, golden and crispy.
For serving
1. Toss broiled chicken wings with sauce we made earlier evenly in a large mixing bowl.
2. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with extra sesame seeds and green onion!
