- 8 lb bone and ham
- 0.5 c Brown sugar
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 c Honey
- 4 tbsp stone ground mustard
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 c Chicken stock

1. Preheat your oven to 350° F.
2. While your oven is heating, score the back side of your ham using a sharp knife to make diamonds.
Preparing the Glaze
1. In a small saucepan or skillet set on medium heat, add butter, brown sugar, honey, stone ground mustard, and lemon juice.
2. Once that glaze is bubbly, set the heat to low and keep it warm so that the glaze stays loose.
Glazing and Baking the Ham
1. Glaze the back side of the ham. Only use about 1/3 of the glaze mixture because you're going to need it for basting and finishing the ham.
2. Add one cup of chicken stock to the bottom of your roasting pan. Then tent foil the ham.
3. Bake your ham for 1 hour, then remove and baste it with more glaze.
4. Bake for another hour. Once the ham is heated all the way through, remove and add the last part of the glaze.
Final Step
1. Your ham should come out golden brown and delicious!
