Chicken Wings
- 3 Pounds Chicken wings
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon All-purpose seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- Cooking oil, for Frying
- 0.75 Cups Unsalted butter
- 1 Lemon Zest
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 4 Tablespoons Honey

1. Clean and pat dry chicken wings
2. Add wings to a bowl and season with all-purpose seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and coat wings well. I recommend refrigerating wings for at least 30 minutes before frying. After refrigerating, coat wings with cornstarch.
3. Heat frying oil to about 365 F and cook wings in batches for about 10-12 minutes or until they are crispy and browned.
4. For sauce, in a medium sauce pot or pan on low heat, add in butter. Once butter is melted, add in lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon pepper seasoning, and honey. Simmer sauce on low for about 5 minutes.
5. Toss cooked wings in the sauce and enjoy.
