- 1 lbs Ground beef
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- seasoned salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- splash Milk
- 0.25 c panko bread crumbs

Preparing the Burger Mix
1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and milk.
2. Sprinkle the seasonings over the meat. If you want a measurement, start with 1 tablespoon of each and learn how you like it over time.
3. Add in the bread crumbs.
4. Mix everything together. You want it somewhat moist but not too moist. Add more breadcrumbs if too wet, or more milk if too dry.
Forming and Cooking the Patties
1. Measure out .25lb balls (or eyeball it) and flatten into patties. Refrigerate until you're ready to cook, or freeze to use at a later time.
2. Cook the patties as you would store-bought patties.
