Ingredients

Candy Coated Pretzels
- 1 c dark green candy wafers
- 1 bag gluten free pretzels
- 3 Tbsp gold sugar sprinkles
- 1 10oz bag milk chocolate M&M's
- 12 rainbow popsicle sticks

Directions

Melting the Candy
1. Place the dark green candy melts in a microwave safe bowl and heat at 50% power for 30 seconds.
2. Stir and continue to warm at 30 seconds intervals until completely melted.
Preparing the Shamrocks
1. Place parchment paper on a flat cookie sheet and spread out rainbow colored popsicle sticks about 4 inches apart.
2. Dip gluten free pretzels one at a time into the melted chocolate and set on the popsicle stick to form a shamrock.
3. Place three M&Ms on each shamrock and sprinkle the gold sugar sprinkles on the shamrock while chocolate is still melted.
4. Continue forming shamrocks until all chocolate is used.
5. Allow shamrocks to harden for about 20 minutes.
