- 1 c tiger nut flour
- 2.5 tbsp whole psyllium husks
- 0.5 c water, room temperature- lukewarm
- 0.25 tsp Salt, optional, to your taste
- 0.25 tsp Garlic powder, optional
- 0.25 tsp Italian seasoning, optional
- 0.25 tsp Oregano, optional
- another seasoning of choice

Making the Dough
1. In a bowl combine tiger nut flour, psyllium husks, salt, and water (and seasonings if using).
2. Mix until combined.
3. Let sit for 5 minutes.
4. Bring the dough together into a ball.
5. Break into 2-4 equal portions.
6. Roll between two layers of parchment paper.
Cooking Your Flatbread
1. Heat a stick-free pan on medium heat.
2. Carefully add rolled flatbread to the pan (as seen in the video).
3. Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes or until edges are slightly dry.
4. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes.
5. Let cool on a rack.
6. Enjoy!
