- 1 c Basil, packed
- 0.5 c edamame
- 0.25 c Nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Shallot, small
- 0.5 c Olive oil
- Cilantro, small bunch

1. In a food processor, add your edamame, basil, garlic, shallot, cilantro, salt, lemon juice and nutritional yeast.
2. With the food processor on, slowly drizzle in your olive oil until combined.
3. Cook your pasta according to packaging.
4. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
5. In a pan, add your edamame pesto.
6. Add pasta water to slightly thin out the sauce to your desired consistency.
7. Toss with pasta and enjoy!
