- 1.5 c gluten free flour, containing xanthan gum
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.333 c Vegan butter, softened at room temperature
- 0.5 c Granulated sugar
- 0.25 c Brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c Bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 0.25 c Almond milk
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1 c Chocolate chips

1. In a bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened vegan butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
3. Add one egg at a time, mixing after each egg.
4. Stir in the mashed banana, milk, apple cider vinegar, and milk.
5. Add the flour mixture and mix until you don't see bits of dry flour anymore.
6. Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
7. Cover the batter and let it rest for 30 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
9. Grease and line an 8.5 x 4.5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
10. Pour the rested batter into the loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for 65-70 minutes.
11. Let it cool completely before cutting and serving.
