Ingredients

- 4 rice paper sheets
- 0.5 c lettuce leaves
- 0.5 c Red cabbage, chopped
- 120 g prawns
- 3 mango slices
- 3 avocado slices
- 3 Mint leaves
- 15 g sriracha mayo
- 1 tbsp crispy onion
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Directions

1. Lightly wet each rice paper in a shallow bowl of water for approximately 3 seconds before laying it down on a chopping board in the same pattern as the video.
2. Quickly place down the lettuce, cabbage, prawns, avocado, mango, mint, sauce and spring onions. Then roll, folding in the sides.
3. Slice down the middle and enjoy with the sweet chilli sauce.
