- 0.5 c Unsalted butter, cut into small cubes, cold
- 4 oz Cream cheese, room temperature
- 0.5 c Granulated sugar
- 0.5 c light brown sugar, tightly packed
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2.5 c Flour, all purpose or gluten free
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- sea salt, pinch
- 0.5 c white chocolate chips
- 0.5 c Chocolate chips
- 0.5 c Oreo pieces

1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Making the Dough
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add cold butter, room temperature cream cheese, sugar and brown sugar.
2. Beat on high until combined, about 1 minute.
3. Add in egg and vanilla.
4. Stir to combine.
5. Add in flour, baking soda and sea salt.
6. Stir until a thick dough forms.
7. Fold in white chocolate chips, chocolate chips and gently crushed Oreo pieces.
Baking the Cookies
1. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop balls of dough onto lined pan.
2. Space at least 2 inches apart.
3. Gently press down on each dough ball with hands.
4. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until edges are set.
Cooling and Serving
1. Finally, remove cookies from oven.
2. Cool on pan for 10 minutes before carefully transferring to a wire rack.
