- 0.25 tsp Pepper, freshly cracked

Directions

To make this Georgian appetizer
1. Begin by cooking or roasting fresh beets, or use pre-cooked beets from the store.
2. Blend walnuts in a food processor for about 10 seconds.
3. Then add herbs, garlic, vinegar, and spices.
4. Process to combine.
5. Add in the cooked beets and mix again.
6. Form little balls. This works best with moist hands.
7. If you feel like they are too wet, add a bit more of the walnut “flour".
8. Garnish with walnuts and cilantro leaves.
