Broccoli Recipe
- 4 broccoli heads
- 0.5 c water
- 1 c Parmesan, shredded
- 5 clove Garlic, crushed
- 4 tbsp EVOO
- 2 tbsp Cali Love
- 2 tbsp Garlic Lovers
- 2 tsp Kosher salt

Preparing the Broccoli
1. Cut your Broccoli Florets off.
2. In a small saucepan add your water and bring it to a boil.
3. Once the water is boiling, add your broccoli, cover and steam until the broccoli turns bright green.
4. Preheat the oven to 375F.
5. Once the broccoli is bright green strain off the liquid.
6. Place the broccoli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Use a clean glass to smash the broccoli florets down.
Preparing the Garlic Mix
1. In a small bowl mix together garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and seasonings. Adjust the olive oil level to make sure the paste is spreadable.
2. Spoon the garlic mix all over the tops of the smashed broccoli florets.
Final Steps
1. Top the broccoli with parmesan.
2. Place them in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until the parmesan is melty.
3. Enjoy!
