Lobster Tails
- 4 lobster tails
- 0.5 stick Unsalted butter
- 5 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1.5 tsp Old Bay
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Chives
- Lemons
- extra butter

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to broil high.
2. In a small mixing bowl, add melted butter, garlic, cloves, Old Bay, rosemary, and chives.
3. Mix together and set aside.
4. Using kitchen shears, cut the back of the lobster tail.
5. Press down on the center of the lobster tail until you feel the shell flatten a little bit. Use your thumb to press down the center of your cut line.
6. Slide your finger between the lobster meat and the legs and pull forward.
7. Your lobster meat should come out in one chunk. You may have to maneuver some of the shells.
8. Rinse your lobster meat and pat dry before adding your topping.
9. Brush your garlic butter mixture all over the top of your lobster.
10. Place your lobster on a baking sheet.
11. Broil on high for 8 minutes. Once your lobster is white and opaque, remove from the oven.
12. Finish your lobster with more butter and a fresh lemon squeeze.
13. Pair this with your favorite dinner items like ravioli and a nice glass of wine!
14. Enjoy!
