- 1 head cauliflower
- 1.5 c Milk
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
Dry Mix
- 1.5 c Flour
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Salt
Garlic Butter
- 1 c Butter, sub vegan butter
- 1 head garlic
- 4 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Dill
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- Salt

1. Wash, dry, and separate cauliflower pieces.
2. Make buttermilk by combining milk and vinegar.
3. Let it sit for a couple minutes, it will thicken! (If you have buttermilk you can use that too)
4. Mix together the dry mix with flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
5. Then pour the buttermilk over the dry mix and combine.
6. Coat the cauliflower and make sure to shake off excess.
7. Air fry cauliflower at 360 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
8. It should be a golden brown color, adjust the time if needed.
9. Mince garlic.
10. Chop parsley and dill.
11. Melt butter in a pan on medium low heat.
12. Add in garlic, maple syrup, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to taste.
13. Let it get bubbly.
14. Pour over the cauliflower and enjoy!
