- 1 lb lasagna noodles
- 2 lbs Ground beef, 90/10
- 0.5 c Onions, diced
- 0.5 c Bell peppers, diced
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 3 tsp sofrito
- 1 tbsp adobo
- 2 tsp sazon
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 pack Cream cheese
- 24 oz pasta sauce
- 2 lbs Mozzarella, shredded

Preparing the Pasta
1. Boil the pasta as directed on the package.
Preparing the Meat
1. In a large frying pan, add the beef, onions, peppers, garlic, sofrito, and seasonings.
2. Break up the beef and cook together with all the ingredients.
3. Since it’s 90/10, it does not need to be drained.
4. Once the meat has browned, add the packet of cream cheese and allow it to melt.
5. Mix until well combined with the meat.
Assembling the Dish
1. In a large baking pan, create layers of pasta, meat, and cheese, starting with a layer of sauce on the bottom.
2. Continue to add layers until you run out of ingredients.
3. Typically I have enough for a large pan with 2-3 layers.
