- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 large Tomato
- 2 tsp Ginger, Julienne
- Cilantro, Chopped for Garnish

Instructions
1. Cut your okra into 1/2 inch pieces.
2. Fry them in olive oil until it’s no longer slimy and lightly brown.
3. Add the spices and stir for 3-4 minutes.
4. Now add fresh ginger and cilantro on top.
5. Enjoy it as a side or a main dish with naan.
