- 0.25 c Onions, diced
- Cheddar cheese
- 2 cooked sausage patties
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Preparing the Muffin Mixture
1. Whisk your eggs and milk together in a bowl.
2. Then add your seasonings with meat and cheese. Mix.
Greasing and Baking
1. Grease your muffin tins with oil.
2. Then bake at 400F for 20-25 min or until cooked through.
3. Let cool and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for the week.
1. To reheat in microwave, place on microwave safe dish with a wet paper towel on top and microwave for 1 minute.
2. To reheat in air fryer, air fry at 350F for 3-5 minutes until hot.
