- 500 gr Bread flour
- 10 gr Instant yeast
- 10 gr Kosher salt
- 500 ml Warm water
- Olive oil
- rosemary leaves
- Tomatoes

Prepare the Dough
1. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients using a whisk.
2. Then add water and stir using a spatula until making a dough ball.
3. Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil on top and lightly rub it in.
4. Cover tightly using plastic wrap and rest refrigerated for 12 hours.
5. Deflate the dough ball and roll it by pulling the edges towards the center.
Prepare the Pan and Rest the Dough
1. Add olive oil to a 9x13 metal pan and place the dough in the center.
2. Roll the dough ball in the oil and let it rest for 4 hours until it expands and doubles in size.
Bake the Bread
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Using your fingers, press down onto the dough to expand and create crevices.
3. Sprinkle with extra salt and add rosemary and tomatoes.
4. Bake for 30 minutes and cool down before cutting.
5. Enjoy!
