Ice Cream Base
- 3 c heavy cream
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, 1 can
Vanilla icecream
- 0.333 ice cream base
- 1.5 tsp Vanilla extract
Chocolate icecream
- 100 g heavy cream
- 100 g dark chocolate
Coffee icecream
- 2 tsp Instant espresso powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 0.25 c water

Ice cream base
1. Whip heavy cream in a large bowl until it thickens up.
2. Add sweetened condensed milk and whisk until the mixture reaches medium peaks.
3. Divide the ice cream base between 3 bowls for the three types of ice cream.
Vanilla ice cream
1. To the first bowl, add vanilla extract and mix.
Chocolate ice cream
1. Make a ganache by melting chocolate and cream together and mixing. Let cool for 10 minutes, then mix with the ice cream base in one bowl.
Coffee ice cream
1. Make a coffee concentrate by mixing the espresso powder, sugar and water in a saucepan and cooking until the sugar dissolves and a syrup forms.
2. Add the syrup to the ice cream base in 1 bowl and mix until combined.
1. Cover each bowl with plastic wrap, making sure there is no air between the ice cream and the wrap.
2. Freeze for 4+ hours until the ice cream is set, then serve!
