- 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 3 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 tsp Black sesame seeds

Directions

1. Cut the sweet potato into bite-size pieces.
2. In a cold pan, add all the ingredients except for the sesame seeds, and heat it on medium heat.
3. When the syrup begins to bubble, start to flip the potatoes so they cook evenly.
4. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are candied and a toothpick goes in smoothly.
5. Sprinkle on the sesame seeds and serve!
