Directions

Baking the vegetables
1. Bake sweet potato and onion at 400F for 30-45 minutes.
2. Remove onion sooner if it’s getting too browned.
Blending the soup
1. Combine all your ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. For hot soup, heat until hot.
Garnishing the soup
