Main Ingredients
- 20 large raw shrimp
- 1 medium onion
- 6 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp seafood seasoning
- 2 Lime, juiced and zested
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 c Cream
- 0.5 c Milk
- 1 c Parmesan cheese
- 0.333 c wickedly habanero cheddar cheese
- 0.5 lb fettuccine pasta
Finishing Touches
- 0.25 c freshly chopped parsley
- seafood seasoning

For the shrimp
1. Sprinkle seasonings on your fresh, raw shrimp.
2. Set it aside for 15 minutes.
3. Once marinated, grill it on high heat. Don’t overcook. 3 minutes on each side should do it.
For the pasta
1. In a pot add water and a generous amount of salt.
2. Let it come to a boil and then add the pasta.
3. Cook until al dente.
For the sauce
1. In a frying pan, add olive oil and butter.
2. Once hot, add garlic.
3. Cook for a couple of minutes and then add onion.
4. When the onion turns almost transparent, add cream and milk.
5. Bring it to a quick boil before squeezing in fresh lime juice.
6. Now add the cheese mix.
7. Once melted, add in the pasta.
8. Mix it well so the noodles are completely coated.
9. Next goes in the grilled shrimp and chopped parsley for final touches.
