- 1 broccoli head
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp Ginger, minced
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
Beef Marinade
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 0.25 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 tsp water
- 1 tsp Oil
Stir-fry Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0.25 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 0.333 c Chicken Broth

Marinating the Beef
1. Add the seasonings to sliced beef and mix.
2. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Preparing the Stir-Fry Sauce
1. Make the stir-fry sauce by combining the listed ingredients.
Blanching the Broccoli
1. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 30 seconds until they turn vibrant green.
2. Transfer to an ice bath.
Cooking the Beef
1. Heat the wok and add 2 tbsp oil until it smokes.
2. Add the beef and fry until about 80% cooked.
3. Transfer out and set aside.
Final Steps
1. Add the remaining oil and add ginger and garlic.
2. Stir for 30 seconds to release the flavors.
3. Add Shaoxing wine and pour the sauce.
4. Stir until the sauce starts to thicken.
5. Add the cooked beef and broccoli.
6. Mix well with the sauce.
7. Serve with rice and enjoy.
