Udon Noodles
- 1 pack udon noodles
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.667 tbsp Apple cider vinegar, or white vinegar
- 0.667 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Hot water

1. In a small saucepan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil until hot.
2. In a bowl, add minced garlic, chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and chili powder.
3. Pour the hot oil over the garlic mixture. Then add soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, peanut butter, and hot water to the bowl. Mix until the peanut butter mixture is smooth and everything is well combined.
4. Boil a pot of water, and cook udon noodles according to package instructions.
5. Add the cooked udon noodles to the peanut butter and garlic mixture.
6. Mix well until the noodles are coated evenly with the sauce.
7. Enjoy!
