- 1 Rosemary, optional
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 5 clove Garlic
- 1 Shallot
- 1 tsp Thyme, fresh
- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter, 2-3 tbsp
- 32 fl. Oz. Chicken Broth
- 1 Lemon, juiced & zested
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- ground coriander
- ajika seasoning
- 3 stalk Chinese broccoli
- 1 lb orzo pasta
- 0.5 c Heavy cream
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Parsley, optional
- Salmon

Directions

Seasoning and Searing the Salmon
1. Season salmon with salt, pepper & Ajika seasoning on both sides.
2. Pan sear salmon in some olive oil for 3-4 minutes on one side.
3. Flip & add 1 tbsp butter, 2 garlic cloves, & 1 rosemary.
4. Baste the salmon in butter for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Set aside on wired rack.
Preparing the Sauce and Pasta
1. In the same pan add chopped garlic & shallots, fresh thyme & 1 tbsp butter.
2. Sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add chicken broth, the stalks of broccoli (separate from leafy greens), lemon zest, juice & seasonings.
4. Add orzo pasta, mix, reduce heat, cover & cook according to package.
5. Add leafy greens & cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Final Steps
1. Finally add 1 tbsp butter, heavy cream, & freshly grated cheese.
2. Mix well.
3. Serve with Salmon & top off with fresh lemon juice & parsley.
