- 0.5 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 c Chicken Broth
- 1 c Milk
- 220 g Spaghetti
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parsley, fresh, to garnish
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes, crushed, optional

Directions

Preparation of Ingredients
1. In a large pan over medium high heat, melt the butter.
2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for around 2 minutes.
Cooking the Pasta
1. Add the chicken broth, milk and spaghetti into the pan.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Finalizing the Dish
1. Stir in the parmesan.
2. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if the sauce is too thick.
3. Top with parsley.
