Cooked White Rice
- 2 c White rice, cooked
- 2 tbsp furikake seasoning
- 0.5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- roasted seaweed
Creamy Crab Filling
- 1 c imitation crab
- 4 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 4 tbsp kimchi
- 1 tbsp Sugar

Prepare the filling
1. In a bowl, mix the shredded imitation crab, kewpie mayo, kimchi, and sugar.
Prepare the rice
1. Add furikake seasoning to cooked white rice and mix well.
Form the onigiri
1. To form the onigiri, add 2 tbsp of rice to the bottom of the rice mold, add 2 tbsp of filling, and add 2 more tbsp of rice on top.
2. If you don’t have the rice mold, just use your hands. Make sure to wet your hands so the rice doesn’t stick.
Cook the onigiri
1. In a pan over medium-low heat, add the butter and cook the onigiri on each side for around 2 minutes.
Final touches
1. Brush the onigiri with soy sauce for extra flavor, feel free to omit this.
1. Serve with roasted seaweed.
