Biscuits
- 1 can biscuits
- 1 quart canola or vegetable oil
Icing
- 2 c Powdered sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Directions

Preparing the Donuts
1. Slowly heat your oil to 350 degrees.
2. Open your biscuits and cut a hole in the middle of each of them. (save the cutouts for donut holes). You can use anything that’s small and circular like a cap or a small bottle.
Making the Glaze
1. To make the glaze, mix the sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream together.
2. Add one tablespoon of heavy cream at a time until it gets to your desired consistency.
Frying the Donuts
1. Once the oil reaches 350, drop in two donuts at a time.
2. They cook fast so keep an eye on them! Once they brown, flip them over and brown the other side.
3. Drain them over a wire rack and let them slightly cool.
Glazing and Serving
1. While still warm, dip each side in the glaze mixture and put them back on the wire rack.
2. You can serve warm or cold.
