- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Mozzarella
- Black pepper
- Basil leaves

Preparation of Puff Pastry
1. Thaw the puff pastry sheet and preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Lay the pastry sheet flat over a cutting board and place the prosciutto in the center.
3. Top it off with sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and cracked black pepper.
4. Make diagonal cuts along the sides of the filling.
5. Remove the corner pieces.
6. Fold the top pastry flap over the filling and begin to braid the pastry by placing the pieces on top alternating from left to right.
7. Before weaving the bottom pieces, make sure to fold the bottom flap first.
Final Steps
1. Cover in egg wash using a brush and sprinkle with sea salt.
2. Place on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 22 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Enjoy!
