- 1.5 lb crab meat
- 6 clove Garlic
- 0.25 Onion
- spring roll shell
- egg white
- Garlic
- vinegar
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
- Black pepper

1. Shred crab meat and mix together with veggies.
2. Chop 6 cloves garlic and finely chop onion.
3. Saute garlic and onion with oil on medium high heat.
4. Pour in veggie and crab mix. Once the veggies are tender, let the mixture cool.
5. Separate the egg white and egg yolk from each other.
6. Start wrapping the lumpia with a spoon of the filling.
7. Tightly fold both left and right sides towards the middle.
8. Roll it towards the tip of the triangle.
9. Seal with egg whites to act as a glue.
10. Shallow fry on both sides until golden.
11. Serve with vinegar garlic sauce!
