- 0.25 c Granulated sugar
- 0.5 c Brown sugar, tightly packed
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 c Flour, gluten free 1 to 1 or all purpose
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- sea salt, pinch
- 0.5 c Chocolate chips

1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Grease a 6 inch nonstick skillet with nonstick spray or melted butter.
Mixing Ingredients
1. In a mixing bowl, add melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix to combine.
2. Then, add in egg and vanilla extract. Mix to combine.
3. Add in flour, baking soda and sea salt. Stir until combined.
4. Then, fold in chocolate chips.
1. Spread cookie dough into an even layer in the greased skillet. Garnish with extra chocolate chips or sea salt if desired.
2. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Only 10 minutes yield a nice gooey result!
Final Step
1. Finally, remove from oven. Dig in immediately for a warm and gooey cookie, or allow cookie to cool.
