- 5 clove Garlic, diced
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 0.5 Red onion, diced
- 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 3 oz chipotle peppers in adobo
- 0.5 c beef bone broth
- 1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 box Banza chickpea rigatoni pasta
- 16 oz lean ground beef
- 2 sprigs Cilantro
- 1 c Kite Hill dairy-free Greek Yogurt

1. Boil & salt water then add protein pasta and cook until al dente.
2. Remove and remember to rinse the pasta to remove the leftover starch.
3. Heat pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
4. Once warm, add garlic, red onions, and bell pepper until translucent and fragrant.
5. Set aside, add remaining tsp of olive oil, and the ground beef.
6. Mash and season with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and garlic powder.
7. Allow to cook through and start the sauce.
8. Blend the Kite Hill Greek Yogurt, chipotles in adobo, nutritional yeast, and lemon juice.
9. Check consistency and add around half a cup of bone broth to adjust.
10. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
11. Add the sauce to the pan, top with protein pasta, and mix.
12. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy.
