- 3 pounds shrimps
- 1 inch ginger root
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 Carrot, julienne
- 1 Potato, julienne
- 2 stalks Scallions, frozen or fresh, chopped
- 1 Egg
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce, seasoned for seafood
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce, premium
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil, pure

1. In a chopper add shrimp, ginger, garlic and scallions.
2. Once it becomes a smooth paste, add Lee Kum Kee’s seasoned soy sauce for seafood, oyster sauce and pure sesame seed oil.
3. Then add julienne carrots and potatoes.
4. Mix and set it aside.
5. In a frying pan add oil and once hot, scoop out spoonfuls of shrimp mixture and fry 5 minutes each side.
6. Enjoy it with Lee Kum Kee’s XO sauce made with dried seafood, including dried scallops (conpoy), fish and shrimp, which are cooked with chili peppers, onions and garlic.
7. So delicious!
