Main Ingredients
- 2 lb Chicken Breast or Thighs
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 3 clove crushed garlic
- 0.25 c Soy sauce
- Cooked Rice
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 0.333 c Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onion, for garnish

Preparation of Veggies
1. Roughly chop all veggies and heat a wok/pan on medium heat with a neutral oil and sauté onions, garlic and ginger.
2. Add in your carrots and bell peppers and lastly add in zucchini at the end.
Preparation of Chicken
1. Season chicken with spices and pan fry until cooked set aside and add all the sauce ingredients into the same chicken pan.
2. Let it simmer until it thickens and add the chicken back in.
Cooking the Rice
1. Cook your rice to your preference.
Seasoning the Veggies
1. Season the veggies with a little soy sauce and toss until fully coated.
Assembling the Dish
1. Assemble your dish with rice, veggies and your chicken.
2. Top it off with sesame seeds and green onion.
