- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 medium White onion, diced
- 1 tbsp Garlic salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper, coarse
- 2 large Avocados
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan Salt

Directions

Chicken Smash Burgers
1. Set your Blackstone/griddle to medium high and spray with avocado oil.
2. Mix chopped onion and seasonings with chicken and separate into 4 balls.
3. Press each chicken ball into gluten free tortillas.
4. Place chicken tortilla chicken side down and smash into griddle.
5. Cook for 10 minutes, flip. Cook another 10 minutes or until chicken is golden brown. Chicken is done when internal temperature is 165 degrees.
6. Top with a slice of cheese, avocado, salt, and pepper.
