- 2 Chicken breast, flattened
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Goya sazon seasoning
- 1.5 cup All purpose flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 0.5 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz Mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese

1. Season your chicken breast with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and sazon seasoning.
2. Add flour to a bowl.
3. Add eggs to a bowl.
4. Add panko and Italian breadcrumbs to a bowl.
5. Add chicken into the flour and coat all parts.
6. Remove from the flour and add to the egg mixture.
7. Remove from the egg mixture and add to the mixed bread crumbs.
8. Add oil to a large skillet until it reaches 350 degrees.
9. Add chicken to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side.
10. Remove from the pan and place on a wire rack or paper towels.
11. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
12. Add tomato sauce to your chicken breast.
13. Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
14. Place in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
15. Add more parmesan cheese once removed.
16. Serve and enjoy!
