Chicken Nuggets
- 1.5 lb ground chicken
- 1 tsp Paprika, smoked
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 4 c corn flake crumbs
- 2 c Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 0.75 c Tomato paste
- 0.5 c White vinegar
- 0.25 c water
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar

Method for Chicken Nuggets
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2. Add ground chicken to a bowl with the seasonings listed above. Thoroughly incorporate.
3. Use a tablespoon of chicken per nugget, shape into desired size.
4. Set 3 different plates with beaten eggs, flour, and corn flake crumbs.
5. First coat the chicken in flour, dusting off the excess.
6. Then, dip in egg, let the excess drip off.
7. Then, throw into the cornflake crumbs. Make sure it’s coated well all over.
8. Place a wire rack over a baking tray, then lay your chicken nuggets onto the wire rack.
9. Coat with spray oil, then throw into the oven for 15-20 minutes.
10. Sprinkle with some salt when they come out.
Method for Sauce
1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
2. Set over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Once it begins to simmer, turn the heat down to low and cook for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Pour into a jar or bowl and let sit in the fridge until it’s at least room temperature.
