Chicken Nuggets
- 12 chicken nuggets
- 2 stalks Scallion, thin rounds
- 1 salted duck egg
- 1 tbsp Butter, melted
- 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
- sizzle plate
Sweet Chili Mustard Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 0.25 c Mayonnaise
- 0.5 c sweet chili sauce

1. Prep the chicken nuggets, scallion, salted duck egg, chili flakes and melted butter.
2. Put all of it into a bowl and mix well.
For the sauce
1. Combine the mustard, vinegar, mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce until it is well combined.
Plating the dish
1. Heat the sizzle plate until it is smoking.
2. Add the chicken nugget sisig and top off with the sweet chili mustard.
3. Let it sit for 1 minute before mixing everything. This step helps form a crispy crust on the bottom to create more texture.
4. Serve sizzling and enjoy.
Alternative method without a sizzle plate
1. You can skip the sizzle plate if you don’t have one, and just warm it up in a pan using the same steps.
