Directions

Marinating the Chicken
1. In a bowl add cubed chicken, yogurt, ginger & garlic paste, spices and oil.
2. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. You can also leave it overnight in the fridge.
Cooking the Chicken
1. Heat the frying pan and add the marinated chicken.
2. Dry all the liquid and once the meat is tender, turn off the flame.
Preparing the Naan
1. Heat up two tandoori naan. I am using Deep brands.
2. Slather them with ghee.
3. Crush and squeeze between your palms so they soak all the ghee. Also, will be easy to roll.
Assembling the Sandwich
1. Now place desired chicken, lettuce, sliced tomatoes and onions. I like to use Kewpie mayo.
2. Spread a generous layer on top.
3. Now place the other tandoori naan on top so the filling doesn’t spill out.
Wrapping and Serving
1. Take a piece of wax paper and roll the naan.
2. Cut it in half and enjoy!
