- 2 tsp Cumin, ground
- 3 tsp Paprika, smoked
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh or 1/2 preserved lemon diced & 1 tbsp of preserved lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 c Olive oil

Chop Herbs
1. Wash and finely chop the cilantro and parsley, ensuring a uniform texture.
Prepare Garlic
1. Mince the garlic cloves finely.
Combine Ingredients
1. In a bowl, mix chopped cilantro, chopped parsley, minced garlic, ground cumin, smoked paprika, sugar, lemon juice, preserved lemon (if using), and salt.
