Directions

Preparing the Pasta
1. Cook your pasta according to package instructions. Make sure to salt your water and reserve the pasta water once it is done cooking.
Preparing the Meat
1. Slice your meat against the grain.
2. Place your meat into a medium bowl. And season with Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, salt, pepper, garlic mix and cornstarch.
3. Give that a good mix.
Cooking the Onions and Mushrooms
1. To a skillet, add butter and onions.
2. Cook the onions until they are translucent and then add in your sliced mushrooms. Season with your salt and pepper.
3. Once your onions and mushrooms have cooked down. Remove them from the skillet.
Cooking the Steak
1. With the heat still set to medium high add avocado oil and steak.
2. Cook your steak pieces until they are brown on each side. 1 to 2 minutes is good for this step. You do not want to overcook your meat.
3. Remove your meat from the skillet and set aside. There will be residual from the steak. Just leave that in the skillet.
Preparing the Sauce
1. In the same skillet add beef broth, reserve pasta, water, flour, and cream.
2. Whisk until there are no lumps in your sauce.
3. Once your sauce has reduced down by about ¼ and is starting to thicken up. Add your mushrooms and onions and your steak.
4. I like to add cracked black pepper and a little bit of garlic salt mix. Add as much as you want. Just make sure to taste along the way.
5. Let everything thicken up and add parmesan if you want.
Serving the Dish
1. Serve your sauce over your cooked pasta.
2. Enjoy!
